Hi, I’m Karrie!
My journey into the world of wellness began with a simple belief: every family deserves to feel supported, empowered, and held during life’s most transformative moments. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Doula, I combine the power of therapeutic touch with evidence-based birth support to help you navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Whether I’m providing a prenatal massage to ease physical tension or standing by your side as a calm, consistent presence during labor, my goal is the same: to help you feel confident and cared for. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and a Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, specializing in body balancing for an easier birth experience.
When I’m not supporting families in Austin, MN, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and four children, volunteering with local breastfeeding coalitions, or enjoying the quiet beauty of our community.
